River Sow

The River Sow enters the tide at Castlebridge and it too is primarily regarded as a sea trout fishery.
The river produces a total of about 250 sea trout each season.
The best of the fishing is in July.
In the two mile stretch above and below the main road bridge at Castlebridge.

Ballyteige

The Main drainage canal at Ballyteige enters the estuary below the village of Duncormick,which lies five miles northwest of Kilmore Quay.
This tidal Canal holds some sea trout and specimen mullet.
Three miles further west there is a shifting sand bar where the estuary meets the sea.

Inch River

The Inch River enters the sea five miles north of Courtown Harbour.
In the main fishing area is downstream of Castletown Bridge,
The river gets a small run of sea trout in July.
