The Eastern Regional Fisheries Board is in the process of formulating its strategy statement for 2008 – 2013. As you are a key stakeholder we would appreciate your views on the Board’s strategy which will shape the way forward for inland fisheries within the Eastern Region, for the next five years.
Our strategy will focus primarily on the conservation, protection, management and promotion of inland fisheries. We welcome your input and views regarding any strategic issues or indeed any specific programmes that you would like to see undertaken on rivers or lakes, that in your view should be identified and prioritised in our strategy statement.
We would appreciate it if you could forward us any submissions or comments in writing by post or by e-mail (info@erfb.ie) by the 31st January 2008.
